Return & Refund Policy

At Legacy & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Sizing

The Empire Ring™ features a wider band than many traditional rings and may fit more snugly. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Returns due solely to incorrect size selection may be accepted provided the ring is unworn and meets the return conditions outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items, and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
